Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory is seeking a part-time Server to join our front-of-house team at our Edina location. You will guide guests through the menu, handle orders, deliver meals promptly, and maintain hospitality in a fast-paced setting.

You’ll earn tips with an hourly wage of $11.41 per hour, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth within a well-known, award-winning restaurant group. Previous serving experience is required to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months serving experience in a full-service restaurant
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
• Experience with payment processing and basic math skills
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests and guide them through the menu
• Take and enter accurate orders using a POS system
• Provide attentive service and timely food delivery
• Assist with beverage service, refills, and utensils
• Process payments accurately and handle transactions with care
• Follow alcohol service guidelines and maintain restaurant cleanliness
