The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated in Florida is seeking energetic servers to deliver warm, attentive service in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. You will guide guests through the menu, facilitate timely service, and ensure every dining experience meets our standards.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months serving experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with payment processing and basic math skills.
• Dedicated, dependable, punctual, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Adaptable, problem-solving mindset with consistent attention to detail.
• Passion for hospitality, guest satisfaction, and teamwork.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds, stand for extended periods, continuously bend, reach and twist.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests, creating a welcoming guest experience.
• Build rapport through casual conversation while providing attentive service.
• Orchestrate dining experiences in alignment with our defined service standards.
• Take and enter accurate orders using a POS system.
• Process payments accurately, including cash handling and credit/debit transactions.
• Follow instructions, procedures, and alcohol service guidelines.
