Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or guest-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to explain menu items and accommodate special requests.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced dining environment and handling multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders efficiently.
• Deliver orders promptly and maintain sanitation and safety standards.
• Advise guests on menu items and pairings; note allergies and dietary preferences.
• Coordinate with back-of-house to ensure accurate orders and requests are met.
• Communicate clearly with staff and guests; remain flexible and patient.
• Handle tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe dining room environment at all times.
• Protect guest privacy and confidential information.
• Address complaints promptly and relay information to supervisors.
• Ensure dining area is properly set up before and after service; assist during events.
