Job summary

Cunningham Restaurant Group (CRG) is seeking a server for BRU Burger Bar in Cincinnati. You will provide warm, attentive service, take orders, deliver food and beverages, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining room.

This role offers full-time or part-time hours with tips and opportunities for advancement within CRG. Experience is preferred but not required; training is provided to help you excel in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of food and beverage offerings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Take orders accurately and input into POS; coordinate with kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and maintain clean tables.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness and assist with dishwashing as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other servers for smooth operations.
• Promote specials, desserts, and beverages to increase sales.
• Adhere to health/safety guidelines and alcohol service policies; process payments.
