Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Bartender experience.
• Knowledge of spirits, ingredients, and techniques.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Team player with friendly attitude.
• Certifications such as SERV Safe or TIPS are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create a diverse range of handcrafted cocktails, mocktails and beverages with precision.
• Continually innovate and introduce new drink creations.
• Provide exceptional service with warm welcomes and friendly engagement.
• Offer recommendations based on guest tastes for a personalized experience.
• Take and prepare drink orders quickly with attention to presentation.
• Demonstrate knowledge of mixology with spirits, liqueurs and ingredients.
• Maintain sanitation, safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management for a seamless guest experience.
• Process payments accurately and manage cash securely.
