Ancho & Agave in Naperville, IL is seeking a friendly Server to join our dining team. If you love serving guests and delivering memorable experiences, we want you on our team.

This part-time role offers open availability and a starting wage of $9.00 per hour. Responsibilities include greeting guests, presenting menus, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and helping ensure a spotless, welcoming dining room.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Server in a table-service restaurant.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Valid alcohol certification.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Elevated knowledge of wine & spirits.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills.
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge.
• Working knowledge of point-of-sale systems.
• High level of stamina to work on feet for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

• Answering guests’ questions about ingredients and menu items
