Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as a server or similar role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling payments and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide excellent customer service.
• Take orders and serve food and drinks, including recommendations and answering questions about menu items.
• Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including setting and clearing tables and washing dishes and utensils.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management.
• Other duties as assigned.
