Burke Mountain Resort in Vermont is seeking a friendly, professional Server to join our Food & Beverage team. You will provide exceptional guest service by accurately taking and serving food and beverage orders in a fast-paced dining environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
• Maintain knowledge of food, beer, wine, and beverages on the menu.
• Make informed recommendations and present daily specials.
• Follow all allergy policies and safety protocols.
• Ensure guests receive correct orders and are satisfied with their dining experience.
• Address guest concerns promptly with supervisor assistance as needed.
• Prepare guest checks and process payments.
• Keep dining areas clean, organized, and stocked.
• Clear tables between courses and reset as needed.
• Clean restaurant areas after guests depart and complete side work as required.
• Collaborate with kitchen, service, and management teams to provide an exceptional guest experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor.
