Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is a leading hospitality company seeking a Dining Room Server to join our team in Phoenix. You will greet guests, take and relay orders, and ensure accurate POS entry while delivering attentive service.

You will uphold health and safety standards, maintain dining room cleanliness, and assist with opening/closing duties. Prior serving experience is preferred, with strong guest relations skills and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Stock dining room supplies and set up POS areas for service.
• Greet guests, explain menu items, take orders, and ensure accurate entry in the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages following health and safety guidelines and company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room, service areas, and kitchen access points.
• Assist with closing/opening checklists and support team as needed.
