Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused Restaurant Server to join our team at one of our world‑class properties. Servers are the face of the restaurant, ensuring guests have memorable experiences and smooth service.

You will greet guests, guide them through the menu with descriptive selling, take accurate orders, coordinate with kitchen and bar staff, and finalize the check with timely, friendly service.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of food service experience.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare restaurant pre-shift for service.
• Greet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant.
• Guide guests on their culinary journey through descriptive selling of the menu.
• Be accurate in order taking, confirming all special requests.
• Be the master of the menu, understanding details to enhance conversation.
• Work collaboratively with other servers and kitchen/bar staff.
• Assist guests with concerns to guide them to a resolution that leaves them happy.
• Finalize the experience through timely and accurate bill presentation.
