Job summary

Isaac's Restaurants in York County seeks servers/waiters/waitresses who deliver friendly, attentive service, handle alcohol responsibly, and help create a dining experience that exceeds guest expectations.

You will coordinate with dining room and deli staff, take orders, present bills, and maintain a clean station while following policies including RAM P certification within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Must be able to speak and understand the primary languages of the guests who typically visit the work location.
• Must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate entire station and communicate with dining room and deli personnel to provide a dining experience that meets guest expectations.
• Present bill and accurately handle payment; track all payment methods including coupons and discounts.
• Maintain a clean, organized station and restock as needed.
• Greet guests, explain menu items, and make recommendations per Isaac’s standards.
• Take food and beverage orders and ensure items are prepared properly and in a timely manner.
• Observe diners to ensure satisfaction and respond to requests.
