Job summary

Isaac's Deli, Inc is seeking servers/waiters/waitresses to join our team. The role involves serving alcohol (must be 18+), coordinating across dining room and deli staff, and delivering exceptional guest experiences according to Isaac’s standards.

Responsibilities include taking and processing orders accurately, presenting bills, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked station. You will complete RAM P certification within 90 days and participate in friendly, efficient service with teammates.

Qualifications

• Some high school; able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Must be able to speak and understand the primary languages of the guests who typically visit the work location.
• Must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take food and beverage orders.
• Coordinate with dining room and deli staff to ensure smooth service.
• Present bills and handle payments accurately, including cash, coupons, and gift cards.
• Maintain a clean and organized server station and restock as needed.
• Provide menu guidance and recommendations with confidence.
• Observe guests and respond to requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle takeout orders according to proper procedures and ensure accuracy.
• Assist with dining room cleanup and reset after guests depart.
