Isaac's is hiring Servers/Waiters/Waitresses to provide excellent dining service and ensure guest satisfaction. You must be 18+ and complete R.A.M.P. certification within 90 days of employment.

You will coordinate the station with dining room and deli staff, take orders, and ensure timely preparation and service of all items. Responsibilities include prompting guests with menu knowledge, processing orders, handling payments, upselling per Isaac's standards, and maintaining a clean station.

Qualifications

• Some high school. Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Must be able to speak and understand the primary languages of the guests who typically visit the work location.
• Must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations.

Responsabilités

• Serve alcohol and coordinate the station to provide a dining experience that meets guest expectations.
• Greet guests, take orders, and process payments accurately.
• Present bills and handle payment methods, including coupons and discounts.
