CRG in Memphis, TN seeks a server to provide outstanding, personalized food and beverage service. You will set up stations, greet guests, explain specials, take orders, and upsell where appropriate.

Maintain knowledge of menu items and wine pairings, handle payments, and ensure safety and cleanliness per ServSafe guidelines. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• Strong team orientation and ability to work with various departments.
• Excellent guest service skills and keen ability to connect with customers.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and perform basic math.
• Familiarity with POS and digital register operations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding and personalized food and beverage service to restaurant customers.
• Receive daily station assignments and stock stations as required.
• Greet guests, present specials, take orders, and upsell when appropriate.
• Ensure guest allergies are communicated to kitchen staff.
• Answer questions about menu items, wines, and preparation methods.
• Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions; balance accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety per ServSafe guidelines and CRG standards.
