Job summary

Flight Restaurant and Wine Bar - Memphis is seeking a friendly Server Assistant to support the dining team and help guests enjoy a seamless experience. You will serve and replenish beverages, assist with table setups, and keep stations clean and organized throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Prefer a minimum of one year of previous serving experience.
• Servers must be clean cut and carry themselves in a professional manner.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs and carry plates and trays for prolonged periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests, refill water glasses, deliver and clear items, and promptly reset tables.
• Check station before, during and after shift for proper setup and cleanliness.
• Keep server stations clean and organized and transport used glassware and dishes to dishwashing area.
• Retrieve orders from kitchen, confirm accuracy and deliver to guests.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with attentive service and attention to detail throughout the dining experience.
