Job summary

Fargo Country Club is seeking a full-time Server to join a fast-paced hospitality team in Fargo, ND. You will greet guests, describe daily specials, take and deliver orders, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout each visit.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, with 0–3 months related experience, and familiarity with POS systems. Some knowledge of alcohol service and safety training is a plus.

• Experience typically 0–3 months in related role.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon seating and provide immediate attention.
• Describe specials and answer questions about menu items.
• Take food and beverage orders and deliver promptly.
• Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and replenish items as needed.
• Maintain organized workstation and support pre-shift meetings and tastings.
• Operate POS system for orders and payments.
• Cross-train in bartending service as needed.
