Fargo Country Club, operating under Troon, is seeking a full-time server to join our hospitality team. You will welcome guests, explain daily specials, and take and deliver orders with accuracy and pace.

The role requires you to be reliable, learn quickly, and contribute to a fast-paced service environment. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean workstation, supporting bartending cross-training, and ensuring a seamless guest experience from seating to checkout.

Qualifications

• English reading and speaking ability may be required to perform duties.
• Meets state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
• Knowledge of POS system and guest service standards.

Responsibilities

• Provides immediate attention to all guests upon seating.
• Describes specials and answers questions about menu items.
• Takes and delivers food and beverages to guests promptly.
• Follows up with guests to ensure satisfaction and restocks as needed.
• Participates in pre-shift meetings and tastings.
• Maintains organized workstation and performs side work duties.
