Job summary

Fargo Country Club in Fargo, ND is seeking a dedicated full-time Server to join our hospitality-focused team. You will greet guests, describe daily specials, take orders, and deliver meals promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction and a clean workstation.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience. Certificates in Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness are preferred, with POS system familiarity and potential cross-training in bartending.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience.
• Food Safety and Sanitation Training and Alcohol Awareness Training certificates.
• Knowledge of POS system and cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon seating and answer questions about menu items.
• Take food and beverage orders and deliver meals promptly after preparation.
• Describe specials and offer menu suggestions when appropriate.
• Follow-up with guests to ensure satisfaction and replenish items as needed.
• Operate POS system, handle checks and cash accurately.
• Maintain organized workstation and assist with bartending as needed.
