Job summary

L’Ermitage Beverly Hills is seeking a Server Assistant to support the restaurant and bar operations, assist servers and bartenders, and help deliver an exceptional dining experience.

You will maintain a clean service area, stock and reset dining spaces, and ensure guest needs are anticipated with professionalism and warmth.

This role requires strong communication, flexibility in hours, and a passion for hospitality in a luxury, Five-Star setting.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a restaurant setting
• Strong beverage knowledge including cocktails, spirits, wine and beer
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Able to pass a satisfactory background check
• Flexible hours including weekdays and weekends
• Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
• Proficiency with standard software applications and hotel systems

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting, seating, assisting, and supporting servers and bartenders; handle guest requests and run food/beverage items.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of offerings and be able to answer questions and make recommendations.
• Set up, organize, and maintain dining rooms, service stations, bars, and patio.
• Monitor cleanliness and safety in dining and service areas; clear and reset tables.
• Report maintenance or facility issues and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service.
