Job summary

Valor Hospitality Partners, LLC seeks a Front-of-House team member to deliver prompt, friendly food and beverage service and ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

You will memorize menu items, maintain clean, sanitary service areas, and participate in pre-meal briefings to stay aligned with standards. A high school education and 3–6 months in food/beverage service are preferred; the role emphasizes professional appearance and positive guest interactions.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Three - Six months experience in a food/beverage services environment.
• Vision ability to clearly see guest checks and service areas in dim lighting.
• Manual coordination to punch buttons, grasp items, and balance trays.
• Communicate information about hotel services to staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure tables are cleaned and set in a timely manner to effectively serve guests.
• Memorize menu items, recipes and daily specials to answer questions and make recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness standards in restaurant, wait-station, and kitchen service areas.
• Attend pre-meal and departmental meetings in person to enhance communications.
• Respond to customer inquiries in person and by phone with timely information.
• Present a clean and professional appearance at all times.
• Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor.
• Handle various customer service problems with tact and understanding.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
