Valor Hospitality is seeking a friendly Restaurant Server to provide prompt and courteous service to guests in our dining venues. You will greet guests, take orders, memorize menu items, and ensure accurate payments while maintaining a clean dining area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 3–6 months in a food/beverage service environment.
• Must read, speak and understand English.
• Able to lift 20–40 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and take food and drink orders from restaurant guests and serve them.
• Restock and clean dining areas as instructed.
• Memorize menu items and specials to answer questions and make recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, wait station, and service area.
• Receive payment and ensure accuracy of guest checks and payments.
• Attend pre-meal and departmental meetings to stay informed on products and services.
• Present a clean, professional appearance and keep a courteous demeanor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
