Qualifications

• High school education required; college preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in hotel/restaurant serving.
• Ability to operate cash registers and make change.

Responsibilities

• Seat guests and take accurate food orders.
• Monitor food distribution and ensure plates are correct.
• Maintain clean station before, during, and after shift.
• Comply with liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Know menu items and service procedures.
• Total checks, present to guests, and process payments.
• Assist with bussing tables.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
