Virgin Hotels Central Services Llc in Nashville is seeking a Part-Time Seasonal Unarmed Security Officer to monitor staff entrances, patrol the interior and perimeter of the property, and respond to emergencies to ensure a safe guest and teammate experience.

You will lead investigations, coordinate with law enforcement, and file accurate reports while liaising with Department Heads to keep staff informed of security responsibilities. Hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Loss Prevention experience.
• Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate in English with guests and coworkers.
• Hospitability industry experience preferred.
• Strong observation and report-writing skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead investigations of incidents, thefts, and security events and complete incident reports.
• Patrol interior and perimeter of the hotel and property to identify risks.
• Respond to emergencies including safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies and threats to life or property.
• Liaise with law enforcement as needed and manage security documentation.
• Manage key control and operate the surveillance system.
• Coordinate security for conferences and banquets and assist with guest inquiries.
