Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Nashville is seeking an Overnight Security Officer to join our dedicated team. This role ensures the safety of guests, residents, employees and property while delivering exceptional service in line with Four Seasons standards.

You will conduct proactive patrols, manage incidents, monitor CCTV and access control, and collaborate with hotel departments and emergency responders to maintain a secure, welcoming environment in Music City.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security experience, preferably within a luxury hotel, hospitality, or related environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions during emergencies and high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Protect guests, employees, visitors, and hotel assets by enforcing security and safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct routine patrols throughout the hotel, identifying and addressing safety, security, and fire hazards.
• Respond promptly and professionally to emergency situations, alarms, incidents, and guest concerns.
• Monitor security systems, including CCTV, alarms, key control systems, and access control processes.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and assist with investigations as required.
• Support emergency preparedness efforts, including participation in fire safety programs and emergency response procedures.
• Provide assistance with guestroom lockouts, safe malfunctions, and other security-related requests.
• Promote safety awareness throughout the property through training, communication, and compliance initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with hotel departments, emergency responders, and law enforcement agencies when necessary.
• Deliver exceptional guest service while maintaining a professional, approachable, and service-oriented presence.
