Job summary

Rise Brands is seeking a friendly, vigilant security team member for our Pins venue. You will greet guests as they arrive, check IDs, answer questions, and help create a safe, welcoming environment throughout the night.

You will de-escalate tense situations, monitor for signs of overconsumption, assist with crowd control, and coordinate with management to resolve issues. This role requires flexibility, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to Rise Brands’ guest service standards.

Qualifications

• Bar/Restaurant experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Sense of urgency with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Ability to meet physical demands: walking, standing, lifting heavy items.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests as they enter and thank them as they depart.
• Up-To-Date ID checking verification is a must.
• Support organization and cleanliness of the space, when needed.
• Ability to de-escalate high-stress situations.
• Ability to observe and detect signs of overconsumption or conflict.
• Respond to and resolve guest issues – notify management when needed.
• Act as a Pins brand ambassador.
