Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning & freshening of rooms.
• Vacuuming, making beds, and changing linens.
• Cleaning bathrooms and organizing guest belongings.
• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent service.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by accommodating special requests.
• Communicate with executive housekeeping and report safety concerns.
• Follow hotel policies and maintain a safe working environment.
