Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills in English.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and sound judgment.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate a forklift. forklifts, balers or compactors prohibited for younger workers.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest and deliver an outstanding brand experience.
• Display a professional, patient, and customer-first attitude.
• Transition products to the sales floor with accuracy and urgency.
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising strategies.
• Recommend and upsell merchandise during transactions.
• Accurately handle point of sale transactions with guests.
• Identify and resolve problems or seek management support when needed.
• Communicate effectively with management, peers, and guests.
• Promote teamwork and cooperation with peers.
• Follow training playbooks, e-learning, and work instructions.
