Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Some restaurant or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
• Knowledge of aspects of the restaurant industry.
• Basic computer skills including e-mail and Microsoft Word.
• A valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervises front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
• Opens and closes restaurant according to Rubio’s standards.
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness and food quality; resolves guest complaints.
• Ensures safety policies and proper food temperatures.
• Completes daily financial paperwork and reports to management.
• Provides performance feedback and supports training.
