Pyramid Global Hospitality's OKANA Resort & Indoor Water Park in Oklahoma City seeks a motivated Restaurant Server to join our team. You will be the face of the dining experience, greet guests, present menus, and serve food and beverages with energy.

We value a welcoming personality, clear communication, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting. 2–4 years of food service experience and knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits are preferred.

Qualifications

• Motivated, customer-focused Restaurant Server.
• Experience presenting menus and serving food and beverages.
• Desire to grow at a world-class property.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant pre-shift for the service ahead.
• Greet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant.
• Guide guests on their culinary journey through descriptive selling of the menu.
• Be accurate in order taking, confirm all special requests.
• Know the menu details to enhance conversations.
• Work with other restaurant staff and kitchen/bar teams.
• Assist guests with concerns to resolve issues happily.
• Finalize the experience with timely bill presentation.
