Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant pre-shift for service.
• Greet guests and seat them appropriately.
• Describe the menu and guide guests on selections.
• Take accurate orders, noting special requests.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Present checks and process payments accurately.
