Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Recreation Attendant for Saddlebrook Resort Tampa, a premier resort destination in Florida. You will engage guests, maintain clean recreation areas, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure a superior pool and leisure experience.

This role emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and a friendly, proactive approach. Ideal candidates demonstrate hospitality experience, an energetic personality, and the ability to stand for long periods while lifting lightweight

Qualifications

• Experience in a guest service role.

• Ability to lift and carry loads of at least 25 lbs.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay goes smoothly.
• Work as a team to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain an active presence around recreational areas, ensuring cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure towels are clean and readily available.
• Check in arriving guests to identify them as hotel guests and offer recreation options.
• Clean all recreational areas following standard procedures.
• Set up and break down recreational spaces for daily operations.
• Remove soiled linen and trash from service areas and dispose of properly.
• Always respond in a friendly, helpful manner to guests and team members.
