Job summary

Burger King in West Covina, CA is seeking a Team Member to provide exceptional guest service while working with Restaurant Managers and other Team Members to uphold standards. You will greet guests, take orders, prepare and package food and drinks, and ensure a clean, safe dining area.

This role requires 16+ years old, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and availability for evenings, weekends and holidays. Training is provided to learn all restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen years of age.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to interact in a positive and professional manner with guests and coworkers.
• Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations.
• 1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders and process payments.
• Prepare and package food and drink products.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant including dining room, kitchen, restrooms and exterior.
• Maintain health and safety standards in work areas.
• Unload and stock inventory items as needed.
• Attend shifts reliably and on time.
• Follow Burger King uniform and grooming standards.
