Job summary

BURGER KING is seeking a Team Member to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering quick service and excellent guest experiences. You will assist with food preparation, take orders, handle payments, and maintain cleanliness while upholding brand standards across shifts.

The role requires strong hospitality skills, flexibility to work weekends and holidays, and the ability to learn all areas of restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• Available to work a variety of days/times including weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations & work multiple stations.
• Strong communication skills in Spanish and/or English.
• Self-motivated with positive attitude and reliable attendance.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Capable of handling cash with accuracy and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests warmly and ensures positive interactions.
• Provides menu suggestions and ensures accurate order preparation.
• Handles guest concerns professionally and follows company policies.
• Processes orders accurately and handles payments.
• Prepares and packages food and drinks.
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness and sanitation.
• Restocks and maintains inventory.
• Adheres to food and cash control guidelines.
• Takes accountability for cash accuracy and security.
• Addresses guest needs regarding cash handling and order preparation.
• Other duties as assigned.
