BENCHMARK in Tampa, Florida is searching for a House Attendant to maintain cleanliness and support guest satisfaction. You will engage with guests and work with the housekeeping team to ensure public spaces and guest rooms are well presented.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience desirable.
• Great attention to detail with a neat and pleasant personality.
• Strong time-management skills and ability to work on feet for extended periods.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and move loads of at least 25lbs.
• Capability to navigate and operate cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure a positive stay.
• Work as a team to achieve a clean and organized environment.
• Collect bags, trash, and soiled linen across assigned floors.
• Deliver towels and other items to guest rooms upon request.
• Clean public areas following departmental SOPs.
