Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in serving or hospitality preferred.
• POS experience and cash handling a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dining environment.
• Knowledge of menu items and beverages, including allergens.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide attentive service.
• Present menus, take orders, and input into the POS.
• Deliver food and beverages with accuracy and presentation.
• Check back with guests and anticipate needs.
• Process payments, handle cash, and balance receipts.
• Maintain table cleanliness and reset tables.
• Communicate guest needs to management or kitchen staff.
• Follow all food safety and alcohol service guidelines.
• Assist with opening, closing, and side duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
