Job summary

HRI Hospitality is hiring a Restaurant Server to deliver warm hospitality in our dining venues in Louisiana. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure proper presentation and service of meals and beverages.

Experience with POS systems and cash handling is a plus, and you should be able to stand for long periods and assist with side work. We value excellent communication and attention to detail to ensure a smooth guest experience and adherence to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred.
• Skills: Excellent customer service and communication, ability to multitask in a fast-paced dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide attentive service.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations.
• Take and input accurate food and beverage orders into the POS system.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and check back with guests.
• Handle payments, balance receipts, and maintain table cleanliness.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.
