Job summary

Coral Hospitality is seeking a Part-Time PM Overnight Maintenance Technician at Unicoi State Park & Lodge. You’ll keep the property safe and guest-ready while the world sleeps, handling a range of maintenance tasks during overnight hours.

You’ll perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, and painting repairs, run preventive maintenance, and address safety concerns. Independent work and attention to detail are essential; hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
• Ability to work independently overnight and prioritize tasks.
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail.
• Hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests across the property in a timely manner.
• Perform basic repairs in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, and painting.
• Conduct overnight rounds to identify safety concerns or maintenance needs.
• Support and execute the preventive maintenance program for guestrooms, public spaces, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction; assist with special projects as assigned.
