Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Keep guest rooms and public areas fully operable for guest comfort and safety.
• Assist with grounds upkeep (shoveling sidewalks, salting, trash removal, parking lot maintenance).
• Respond to maintenance requests from guests.
• Replace faulty items (bulbs, faucets, etc.).
• Assist with preventive maintenance program for guest areas.
• Maintain dumpster areas and parking lots.
• Document daily work on provided management checklist.
