Responsibilities

• Maintain timelines and work schedule per preventive maintenance program.
• Review work orders and nightly reports for assignments.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment, laundry, and kitchen systems.
• Maintain guestrooms using preventive maintenance.
• Change HVAC filters, belts, and lubricate equipment; check for unusual noises or vibrations.
• Inspect and replace locks as needed.
• Perform general maintenance in guestrooms and public areas.
• Assist in all repair phases as directed by supervisor.
• Keep work area clean and organized; manage tools and chemicals safely.
• Ensure security of assigned keys and follow safety procedures.
