Qualifications

• Must present clean and professional appearance.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and speech.
• Ability to use basic technology including a smartphone and a computer.
• Experience in maintenance or building trades preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain timelines and work schedules per preventive maintenance program.
• Check work orders and night reports for assignments to complete.
• Perform preventive maintenance work orders on laundry and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain guestrooms using the preventive maintenance program.
• Change HVAC filters, belts, bearings and lubricate as necessary.
• Ensure security of assigned keys and proper use and storage of tools.
