Job summary

Concord Hospitality seeks a Lobby Attendant in Raleigh to maintain the hotel lobby and public areas, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for guests and associates. This part-time on-site role offers hands-on cleaning, restocking, and guest assistance throughout lobby spaces.

You will support front desk communications, assist with laundry, and help deliver guest amenities, while adhering to health, safety, and service standards.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of lobby and public areas, including restrooms, pool, and exercise room.
• Replenish supplies and remove trash as needed throughout guest and associate spaces.
• Assist with laundry support and delivery of guest amenities such as cribs and roll-away beds.
• Communicate suite status changes with the Front Desk and courteously respond to guest requests.
• Support pool and spa upkeep in compliance with health and safety regulations.
