Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a Laundry Attendant at Westin Austin Downtown to ensure exceptional guest service. You’ll operate laundry equipment, handle linen, and support a smooth, high-quality guest experience in a fast-paced hotel setting.

The role emphasizes initiative, reliability, and physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work with folding machinery to prepare linens for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Guest service mindset and ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and reliable.
• Certification sign-off after completing training.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs regularly and 25 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality guest service and anticipate guest needs.
• Maintain and operate laundry equipment per procedures.
• Load and unload washers and dryers without overloading.
• Fold linen using folding machine and feed ironer if needed.
• Stock and maintain laundry carts, storage areas and racks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
