Job summary

WASHTUBS LLC is seeking a dedicated Laundry Attendant to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests. The role requires cleaning, folding laundry, and ensuring equipment is functional while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include operating the POS system, monitoring inventory, and adhering to health regulations. Candidates must have strong organizational skills and a customer-focused attitude and be available for evening and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of performance.
• Friendly and customer-focused personality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for 6–8 hours and regularly lift 30–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate our POS laundry and order-tracking system.
• Process cash and credit card transactions.
• Fold and press laundry.
• Monitor and report maintenance or repair needs for laundry equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility.
• Respond to guest requests with professionalism and patience.
• Monitor inventory of laundry supplies and restock as needed.
• Follow all state and local health and safety regulations.
