The Westin Indianapolis is seeking a dedicated Laundry Attendant to join our downtown hotel team. You will manage hotel laundry, ensuring a steady linen turnover to meet guest and operation needs, and operate washing and drying equipment safely.

Daily tasks include folding, stacking, and storing linens per standards and processing damaged linen for discard. Candidates should be able to lift heavy loads and work in a high-heat environment while delivering courteous service.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Prior hotel laundry or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to pull and push heavy loads safely.
• Ability to work in a high-heat environment.

Responsibilities

• Process hotel laundry and maintain adequate linen turnover.
• Operate washing and drying machines according to proper procedures.
• Fold, stack, and store linen in compliance with hotel standards.
• Process damaged linen for discard according to hotel standards.
