Job summary

White Lodging Services, Inc. seeks a Laundry Attendant for Hotel Trinity in downtown Austin. Join a luxury hospitality team delivering pristine laundry operations and guest-focused service in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining laundry equipment, loading/unloading machines, folding linens, stocking carts, and supporting daily hotel operations with reliability and initiative. Training provided; physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality guest service.
• Ability to take initiative and be self-motivated.
• Certification sign-off after completing training.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs regularly and 25 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• The laundry attendant will always provide the highest quality of service to the guest and anticipate and exceed guest expectations.
• Maintain and operate all laundry equipment in accordance with established procedures, like the laundry room checklist.
• Properly load and unload washers and dryers being careful not to overload either machine.
• Fold linen in accordance with established procedures and use a folding machine and feed ironer if needed.
• Stock, clean and maintain laundry carts, storage areas and laundry racks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
