Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver on Sonesta Service in all interactions with guests and clients.
• Perform security functions including fire prevention and safety checks.
• Investigate thefts, accidents, and other incidents on the property.
• Resolves safety and security matters and reports issues to appropriate departments.
• Conduct floor patrols and monitor activities to deter theft and incidents.
