Job summary

MCR Hotels at Canopy by Hilton Charlotte Southpark is seeking a motivated Houseperson to support housekeeping operations. You will assist with luggage handling, cleaning public spaces, and maintaining guest areas with a strong emphasis on safety and hospitality.

You will also restock amenities, manage housekeeping carts, and help with trash removal while ensuring a welcoming environment for guests during varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, service, or related field preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures.
• Willingness to work varied hours including evenings/nights/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Store and retrieve luggage or packages for guests.
• Clean and maintain guest hallways, service areas and public spaces.
• Collect and manage trash from interior and exterior areas.
• Restock linens, amenities, and supplies in guestrooms and closets.
• Maintain housekeeping carts and report issues to management.
