Job summary

Oxford Collection of Hotels in Boise, ID is looking for a Cook to join our kitchen team for breakfast buffet and evening service. You will prepare high-quality foods, maintain sanitation, and support inventory and daily operations to ensure a smooth guest experience.

We value guest-first service, reliable attendance, and a willingness to grow with ongoing training. This full-time role requires flexibility including evenings and weekends in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Food handler’s license and liquor server permits as required by state law (or ability to obtain).
• Hospitality/hotel work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food for buffet service, ensuring setup and presentation meet Oxford standards.
• Assist with menu preparation and ensure proper execution.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation, including dishwashing in absence of a dishwasher.
• Assist with inventory management and receiving shipments.
• Provide high level guest service and ensure guest stays meet expectations.
