Qualifications

• Food handler’s license and liquor server permits as required by state law
• Proven customer service skills in a fast-paced hospitality setting
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Reliable transportation to and from work

Responsibilities

• Supervises banquet function service to ensure quality and guest satisfaction
• Plan, organize and execute all banquet functions with sanitation and cleanliness
• Train and evaluate staff according to Oxford standards
• Coordinate with sales and front desk to support catering for meetings
• Maintain daily activity logs and ensure attendance and shift coverage
• Ensure adherence to safety, sanitation and hotel policies
