Key duties include greeting guests, quick delivery from kitchen to tables, knowledge of menu options, and maintaining cleanliness and hotel knowledge. A flexible schedule, strong English communication, and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hot, order-specific items from kitchen to tables quickly.
• Input orders into the POS and handle payments accurately.
• Prepare coffee and other beverages as needed.
• Clear and reset tables; manage side work and daily prep sheets.
• Maintain knowledge of menu and hotel amenities.
• Escort guests to tables as required.
• Ensure food safety practices and proper labeling.
• Support overall restaurant cleanliness and surrounding areas.
• Demonstrate general hotel knowledge including hours and amenities.
